ALL OUR GRAPES HAVE CERTIFIED ORGANIC STATUS
Our Mosì rosé wine, uses both Malbec and Bombino Nero grapes, known for their intense aroma, light, soft and fresh taste. The Malbec amd Bombino Nero grape is a red wine grape variety. The Malbec is not indigenous to Puglia (IGT) but flourishes exceptionally well on our soil. These grapes bleed their colour into the wine very quickly, resulting in a fresh, well-coloured deliciously light rosé.
Our labels have a personal meaning but all reflect either a story, the history of Italy or the grape.
HOW WE NAMED IT - Mosi: The name Mosi came about as an ‘ah ha’ moment! It is the joining of two words in Barese (dialect) ‘Mo' meaning 'now' and 'si' meaning 'yes'
Malbec, Bombino Nero
