They also have a branch in Bari, Italy where they have had many years of experience creating wonderful dishes, which they now bring to you in London. The most important ingredients they use in creating their dishes are imported directly from local producers and farmers from the Puglia region. They use very little yeast in their dough for both their homemade bread and pizzas and the proving process is a minimum of 72 hours. They bring Italian style cooking using their grandma’s recipes, unchanged in every way.
